How My Training Started...

I started to look through different websites to find out tips on how to stay strong throughout the entire runnking workout the run. On all of the websites, they had one thing in common and it wass that they all had the same facts but as different way of doing things. Well, as always i took in every fact and all of the differernt way of doing theym. But, what ended up happened as i began this program was that i didn't use any lof the facts. It is no ancient secret all you got to do is believe in yourself. i know that it sounds dorky but in the end all that you are going to look back on is how you experienced it because everybody experiences things in a differernt way so looking back on it you would like it to be a good memory and not a bad one. To prevent it from backfiring i would say that you should always be one step more ahead than the next person. So you always want to be prepared, meaning that you should have everything that you need for the run ready beforehand so than yiou arn't rushing last minute. So for me i train everyday and everyday i run about 4km so to be able to run this entire distance you need to be relaxed and not worked up if you know what i mean. You need to believe that you as an individual can do it. So for all of the things that you want to work you need to enforce them and really make them work. When you are training i recommend that you have stretched with various excercises to be warmed up for the run. I recommend that if you are hardcore nito training that you eat more fruits, veggies and lots of foods with protein so you will grow more strength in your muscles in order to push yourself to go faster. I've learned that starting to train is very difficult, but you can always trust yourself to get through everything that happens to you in these training days. I've been training everyday and it generally takes me 30 minutes to run 4km. i will be training till the end of August and I will tell you what my time is everytime i run i feel like i'm getting more and more to my goal.
